Caroline, a Swiss citizen, began practicing Yoga in 1998 when she was living in Mexico City. Her first yoga teacher was also a Practitioner of Natural Medicine--a topic which was woven throughout his classes. Caroline soon became fascinated by the link between physical workout and spiritual consciousness that her teacher presented. When she moved to the US in 2002, she immediately enrolled in and became certified through Alan Finger's Be Yoga teacher training program. Her teaching style incorporates the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga that address the individual needs of each student. In her classes, asana is adapted to every students' needs which may include the incorporation of props. |
