FREE MEDITATION with Larry Horowitz
Every Tuesday from 8:35-9:50pm
Learn the basics of meditation and enjoy the benefit of guidance and the support of a group.  Class is divided into 3 segments so if you can't stay for the whole session, you can stay for any one or two segments.

GENTLE YOGA with Patricia Castimore
Every Wednesday at 11:00am
Students at any level will enjoy and benefit from this class, where the focus is on gentle stretching, rhythmic movement, breath, meditation and relaxation. It is perfect for: seniors; students with injuries; students coping with an acute or chronic illness; or anyone suffering from the daily stresses of life who just want to relax and chill.

YOGALATES with Magdalena Sulewska
every Thursdays at 6:15pm
A fabulous class that combines the best of yoga that affects the limbs and joints:  flexibility, strengthening, increased range of motion; with the core strengthening influence of pilates.  One of the best and most efficient methods of mind/body connection.

HOT VINYASA FLOW YOGA with Justin Tang
Every Friday at 6:00pm

A Level 2 Yoga class in which the room is heated to around 80 degrees. The additional heat aids in warming up muscles quickly, allowing students to have a deeper asana experience. In addition, the heat creates more sweat which facilitates the body's detoxification process.

FLOW & LET GO with Emily Gewits
Every Sunday at 6:00pm

You will be treated to 1-hour of an Level 1-2 class with a 1/2 hour of deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga.

$10 COMMUNITY CLASSES - 1 hour in length
Mondays at 12:30 - Level 1-2 Yoga with Reyna
Mondays at 7:30pm - Level 1 Yoga with Justin
