A completely unique experience whereby a therapeutic yoga practice will take you into a profound exploration of your breath.  Though we breathe 24/7, most of us do not breathe efficiently.  In this class you will condition the muscles of respiration and learn what it means to "take a deep breath".  Your practice will have the added benefit of dry salt therapy to cleanse and detoxify your respiratory system.
