Kids on Their Own Children of school age are developing their own unique and independent personalities. Classes for these children are designed to introduce yoga in a way that will encourage this growth in a responsible manner.
On My Own Yoga Ages 8 thru 10 years T/B/A On My Own Yoga will teach kids of this age group to honor their inner teacher and follow their instincts. They learn respect for themselves and others in an environment that is entertaining and educational. • Imagination is stimulated by creating animals and adventures based on yoga postures • Exploration and experimentation of body movements and its potential are encouraged • Focusing techniques are developed through balancing poses • Breathing exercises will be introduced to aid in relaxation |
