So much more than a yoga studio, The Yoga Sanctuary offers Yoga, Pilates, Massage and Wellness Services that include Nutrition & Health Counseling, Energy Medicine, and Reiki. In addition, we offer Special Programs that include Meditation, Kids Yoga and the Prenatal Yoga and Postnatal Mommy & Me Yoga classes that comprise our Nurturing Motherhood program. The Yoga Sanctuary is an oasis for vitality and tranquility where clients and students learn how to reduce the stress in their lives and enhance their health and well-being.
